With systematic machineries and advanced equipment, our skilled workers are efficient in mass production. Five-star bases and office chair armrests are manufactured in large scale. Each part is checked by staff to assure superior quality, including Backrest-frame from nylon machine in production-line to test equipment in laboratory. Mesh backrest is after tested three hundred thousand times. Even casters on five-star base are all tested for durability performance. We do this quality control and do real-time monitoring from raw materials, furniture semi-products to the finished items.

Warranty:

Here provides 5-year warranty for the products in normal-use and we will replace with the good parts free of charge once we receive the detailed photos and defective parts. If it is broken on purpose, we will not take responsibility and we will remain the legal rights. Of course, we take good care of each product before shipping out for sure.
